After school every day, there's two things I want to do. 1) Watch an obscene amount of Gossip Girl and 2) EAT.
My lunch time is around 11:30 which is a ridiculously weird time for me personally because by that time I'm done with fourth hour and am in an odd half-hungry/half-not funk. So I have a bag of chips, applesauce, and a KIND bar. And by the time school ends at 2:19, I am starving. So yesterday I had the genius idea of putting these three ingredients together (just kidding; I'm sure it's been done billions of times). It's really, really simple, I'm not even sure why I would write out a recipe but if you're in the gene pool of terrible cooks (like me) a recipe of steps sure can be helpful.
WHAT YOU NEED:
~4-6 graham crackers, depending on how many you want
~Nutella (or peanut butter, or your other favourite bread spread!)
~a few strawberries (again, depending on personal preference)
~Cool Whip
I bet you know where this is going. Like I mentioned, I probably don't even need to write this out.
1. Lay out the graham crackers, and spread a thin layer of Nutella over each one
2. Cut up the strawberries into aesthetically pleasing slices and stick them onto the Nutella-d crackers
3. Slap a huge spoonful of CoolWhip on top of each cracker
That's it! Then, if you're like me, you can take a billion photos of each one for Instagram.
I hope you like it. It's semi-healthy, it's super delicious, and it goes PERFECT with Gossip Girl!!
